It’s exciting to start a new business. There is often a lot of preparation involved before a launch. Working with original designs requires more time to work with ideas and colors, to view and decide what kind of products to market. I had been working on my business with enthusiasm and delight until the significant others in my family decided that we should check out our prospects about moving to another state to be closer to other family members. We’ve talked about it doing this for a couple of years. Well, now it’s time to pivot. Okay, if a move is what we want, then let’s do it. Now, I have a list of new priorities for action. Find a realtor, look for property in our new location, get packing material, schedule repairs, and decide what to move, leave, or donate.
I miss working on my business. I miss it and jot down notes on all the topics I want to write about and create, but I must continue to pack our household. It is a lot of physical work going up and down the stairs to prep for the movers and truck. Still, we do it joyfully because we are optimistic about the future. We are confident because we feel healthier. One of our significant people wanted to try Dr. Gundry MD’s Health Supplements. That meant we had to research his website, podcasts, and YouTube videos and learn about his work. We are happy we tried his Bio Complete 3 prebiotics/probiotics and Vital Reds. We purchased his book called The Plant Paradox Cookbook. We watched his videos about the positive benefits of polyphenols and the negative impact of lectins on gut health and learned so much about our human bodies. I eliminated many of my favorite foods that contain lectins to give Dr. Gundry’s Bio Complete 3 and Dr. Gundry’s Vital Reds an authentic tryout, and it was worth it. I tried it for a month and am grateful to have these products. Not only did the stubborn pounds drop off and the body slim down, I feel healthier and happier. Surprisingly, it was easy to give up lectin-containing food, but when I recently enjoyed a meal containing lectins, I noticed that the weight gain was immediate. It was a fascinating personal experiment that provided a positive change for better health and a better future. Now, I can pivot from working on my e-commerce business to moving a household with an ease I didn’t expect, all because of better health.
