I hear birdsong and faint sounds of the morning commute to work traffic at 5:25, and the train, which suddenly honks its horn.
Still at work as it took up both day and night;

My guy friend and I were working on parts of an upbeat website. We generally discuss the news during personal visits. I watch MSNBC while my guy friend tunes in to CNN. We look to review what other stations report or don’t report. During football season, we are football season.
The plight of the species, homo sapiens, aka human beings, coming from Mexico, South, and Central America made me feel so disappointed and sad about our lack of evolved solutions for solving the suffering of our more earthy, indigenous, non-Wall Street, type brethren. It motivated me to think about and work at being part of the solution.

Senator Merkley reports to his constituents that he is working on the crisis, you know, the crisis of immigrant parents and children, forced to separate from each other at the border. As the brethren species- homo sapiens suffer in the cages for pleading with our Government and Citizens to let them in, they point backward as if to say that they do not want to die back there.
It’s a reality T.V. Horror Show with terrible ratings.
Locally, people are shopping the sidewalk sales at the grocery store for sandals, shorts, and t-shirts for toddlers, children, and adults. I walk by and remember the caged wanna be immigrants, who are still in cages, and who are worse off than the criminals doing time for the worst crimes.
The individuals We Vote into Office to represent our communities feel confident that they have the people’s support. Generally, they know this to be true; empowered by way of donations, powerful positive spin, presence, and attention.
So, on Valentine’s Day, February 14th of 2019, I pressed the publish key on addmyvoice.art. Let’s bring this to the attention of skilled problem solvers. Many members of Congress are working on the solution. The 2018/19 administration is responsible for its numerous turnovers of employees in The White House. This news is public because our government is, as we declare, ours. However, the many vacant openings for official positions make progress and accountability difficult in a world where hierarchy rules in the decision- making- process. The staff in charge of Immigration did not publicly admit that it did not know what it was doing nor ask the general public for solutions. The border patrol and or immigration staff went on someone’s order to separate the children from the parents who now have reunification problems. The employees also detained the species homo sapiens in cages and cold rooms. As the numbers grew, the problems worsened because no one had a solution. The administration continues cramming the living, breathing, feeling, humans, into the crowded cages and cold rooms. The treatment of these children is harsher than the treatment of convicted criminals. Other news outlets spin the story that these folks are bad people because they did not come here with permission. They fled, as shown on World Wide News, walking on foot on long worn, dirt roads. Their many day trek and arrival was not a surprise to anyone paying attention to the entire global news. They left their countries of origin with nothing, because of danger, because of poor governance, starvation, and criminals. The fled their countries to ours, which has our Statue of Liberty, a symbol of hope for the oppressed.

The 2018/19 administration’s Executive Branch has, on public record, the most indicted and convicted criminals in our government’s history. They have concerns of their own to deal with and seemingly do not care at all about the conditions of the detainees.

The Judicial Branch has problems stemming from the Executive Branch’s decision to terminate the employment of people who have been career public servants. I mention for comparison, in particular, one man, Andrew McCabe, who just before his retirement date, was terminated. He responded by giving interviews and writing his book on the matter, which I would like to read. He is a career FBI lawman who served our country for 20+ years in a dangerous profession.

Chicago Sun-Times’ February 15th, 2019 article by Mitchell Armentrout, Tom Schuba, and Luke Wilusz, reported that Gary Martin, a man who worked at a factory for 15 years and then lost his job, responded by killing and wounding coworkers and police before he was shot dead by police.
It was a noticeable difference in the professions and coping skills of two terminated employees.
The Legislative Branch members are speaking out against the administration’s policies and lack of conscious effort and intellect to repair the terrible damage.
Awake with insomnia because of worry for these people and a grieving friend, I watched a couple of programs. One was the news, and the other was a show called ” The Pool Kings.” It’s about pool designers, viewable on the HGTV channel. They did great work creating beautiful yards with pools, hot tubs, waterfalls, rocks, and concrete. They spoke to the clients and then created the desired landscape.
I imagined what these designers could do for the border crisis. The people on the prerecorded show seemed entirely oblivious to the problems elsewhere and talked about their dream designs for their homes, which was their right to do. Curiously, one set of humans built a beautifully landscaped yard in concrete, with luxury, fun, and comfort in mind and simultaneously at the border, the other humans are suffering in their concrete and wire cages, worried about separated families and terrible hygiene conditions, frightened at what has happened and what might happen. If someone built a luxury detention area like a gilded hotel, it would not solve the problem. Dormitories would be cleaner and more manageable. The issues are the conditions of the countries from which the people fled and the lack of functional humanitarian centric solutions by our government. And while this is happening at the borders, many Americans are vacationing in some of the states in Mexico, and countries in Central and South America renting and buying property, doing travel shows, property shows, destinations weddings, and all of the companies involved appear to have thriving businesses. It is a puzzle and a complex problem. I view the entire earthly scene as a surreal social experiment resembling a Salvador Dali painting. Some of the countries have citizen marches in protest to their government officials who do not know how to govern because its citizens are suffering from hunger and lack of sustainable food supplies and those officials responded with the military force to quiet the people down.
Since we are waiting for better solutions, perhaps volunteers can say to the imprisoned immigrants that this is like a prison. It is in their best interest to learn the laws of the country and individual states because breaking them gets them locked up. We need volunteers to start teaching the basics of living laws like we have a pamphlet for driving laws.

I want to know if they need social media to get help to find family or friends; have any good ideas to solve the problems of their countries; know what they want to do in this country; know what our citizens want and how to communicate with them here?
Can they be interviewed and asked questions about where they came from, the reason for departure, and who they are as individuals?
Is it possible to do each interview? I want educated people, those with PhDs and Masters in Romance Languages, Anthropology, Sociology, Geography, History, Art, and Music, to get together in multiple virtual round table discussions with the caged detainees at the borders for a period of 2 or 3 days. Please ask the migrants, immigrants, emigrants, about their journeys and their ideas for solving this problem, their input, to document his/her/ourstory, from all perspectives, and to address the dilemma together.

Congress has legislation to work through, voting on various Bills. Some of the species- homo sapiens with human rights, are suffering because of human-made borders and need our help because the problem is life-threatening. I Thank God, our Democracy, our Constitutional system of Checks and Balances and our Representatives who speak up for us, the voters and also speak up for those who are wounded, lost and stuck because of the situation.
